RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Federal agents raided Blackwater Worldwide this week as part of an investigation into whether the private security company sidestepped federal laws prohibiting the private purchase of automatic assault rifles, the company said Thursday.
Blackwater spokeswoman Anne Tyrrell said investigators with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives searched Blackwater's armory at its corporate headquarters in Moyock on Tuesday as part of the investigation. She said she did not know whether the weapons in question were seized.
The company signed agreements in 2005 in which Blackwater financed the purchase of 34 automatic weapons. Camden County Sheriff Tony Perry became the official owner of the weapons, but Blackwater was allowed to keep most of the guns at its armory.
Federal laws prohibit private parties from buying automatic weapons.
"We believe all aspects of our contacts with the sheriffs office are lawful and proper," Tyrrell said, adding that the ATF has known about the arrangement for a long time.
She said it is not unusual for Blackwater to store automatic weapons because the company is licensed to sell, provide training on, or even manufacture firearms.
Both ATF and U.S. Attorney George Holding declined to comment.
The 2005 agreements gives the sheriff's office unlimited access to the weapons, including 17 Romanian AK-47s and 17 Bushmasters. But Perry said his department has only used the AK-47s in shooting practice at Blackwater and that none of his 19 deputies are qualified to use them.

The great profit in enabling some to be "Homeless" Part I

In my research ,most of the homeless dysfunction is enabled through corruption at all levels.Many are addicted in one form or another causing incapacitation and dysfunction. I am at this time working on a article about the City Rescue Mission shelter in Oklahoma City and How most of the over $3 million dollars in "cash "donations is pocketed by the paid "Staff"(only a select few working there are aware and benefitting), by fraud. For example; All the clothes that the 400 or so daily residents receive through their "clothing closet",once a month, is donated(used or practically new,2 pants,3 shirts,one pair of shoes) but it states on their tax form 990 that they spend $205,108 on clothing expenses.They have so much clothes donated that the excess is bundled,baled and sold at bulk.These "corporations"( a few select men who are adept in the "incorporation game") have learned to profit greatly on the enabled suffering and complacency.It's big money . Hence the reason they run groups on tours through these missions at peak hours of capacity.To "impress" how badly the money is needed.But these donors never really know how little these "homeless" actually benefit,unless they are able to embed themselves there at the mission ,which I believe no one does,except for me, that I'm aware of.There is much more to this story and it's coming along...Hence the reason my ...homelessokc.blogspot.comIt is not to the corporations benefit if they have 20-30 people in a mission. It does not make a profound impact.400-600 people makes a definite visual impact! An unnamed person that wants anonymity( I found this info during my research and by observation;seek ,ask and Ye shall find), who works for ******** *********and is affiliated with ******** ****** at HomelessAlliance is a social worker who worked for awhile at the City Rescue Mission.Her job was to be an advocate to these people who found themselves there,but she took it a step further,realizing that many of these people didn't have the capacity,motivation or the power for some reason or another to find the resources that were available to them and then to use them and to get around the walls set up for their failure(She saw many that had been living there for years,75%)due to their poverty(financial,educational,spiritual..etc) and she made it a point to actively seek them out rather then wait for them to come to her office,which was the policy of the Mission,wait them out.She was succeeding in emptying this Mission by getting many housing through the section 8 program,the public housing program,foodstamps,disability,treatment for medical conditions...etc.The administration at the City Rescue Mission took notice of her success and decided that they would tell her that they really needed her in another position and that they would immediately fill the active seeking social worker position with somebody else.they never did. She eventually stopped working there.
In 1984 ,the Reagan Administration emptied the Mental institutions, gave these people a disability check and lots of prescriptions and basically let them fend for themselves.The system failed them for a reason.An agenda. Many at the Mission are mentally and emotionally incapacitated.They are preyed on by drug dealers,mainly Crack dealers who profit off most of their $600-2100 monthly disability checks.Much of the mental illness/dysfunction is drug induced. A vicious cycle. Party on the 1st and the 15th of the month for 4-5 days and then live in poverty for the rest of the month at the Mission .Yes, they literally smoke up $600-2100 in a few days and return to the mission financially,physically,emotionally and spiritually spent.They are enslaved , disenfranchised,disempowered and under duress ,none the wiser as to the actual reason why. They feel worthless.All due to a few that profit greatly from their suffering.They/We have been greatly deceived.How do we really help these poor people?Our people.Our Nation. $1,000 x 200 people(mission)= $ 200,000. Liberal estimate,very liberal. And that is only at the mission. This goes on at every mission.And everywhere across the city.It equates in the excess of tens of millions of dollars in the course of only a few days.See the great motivation.

For example; All the clothes that the 400 or so daily residents receive through their "clothing closet",once a month, is donated(used or practically new,2 pants,3 shirts,one pair of shoes) but it states on their tax form 990 that they spend $205,108 on clothing expenses.They have so much clothes donated that the excess is bundled,baled and sold at bulk.These "corporations"( a few select men who are adept in the "incorporation game") have learned to profit greatly on the enabled suffering and complacency.It's big money . Hence the reason they run groups on tours through these missions at peak hours of capacity.To "impress" how badly the money is needed.But these donors never really know how little these "homeless" actually benefit,unless they are able to embed themselves there at the mission ,which I believe no one does,except for me, that I'm aware of.There is much more to this story and it's coming along...Hence the reason my ...homelessokc.blogspot.comIt is not to the corporations benefit if they have 20-30 people in a mission. It does not make a profound impact.400-600 people makes a definite visual impact! And it pulls at the heart strings of these kind folks who really do want to make a difference in their brothers and sisters lives.And they do what their concious dictates,they give generously,out of love.Unknowing that their gifts are being used for the enrichment of a few select,fraudently.
An unnamed person that wants anonymity( I found this info during my research and by observation;seek ,ask and Ye shall find), who works for ******** *********and is affiliated with ******** ****** at HomelessAlliance is a social worker who worked for awhile at the City Rescue Mission.Her job was to be an advocate to these people who found themselves there,but she took it a step further,realizing that many of these people didn't have the capacity,motivation or the power for some reason or another to find the resources that were available to them and then to use them and to get around the walls set up for their failure(She saw many that had been living there for years,75%)due to their poverty(financial,educational,spiritual..etc) and she made it a point to actively seek them out rather then wait for them to come to her office,which was the policy of the Mission,wait them out.She was succeeding in emptying this Mission by getting many housing through the section 8 program,the public housing program,foodstamps,disability,treatment for medical conditions...etc.The administration at the City Rescue Mission took notice of her success and decided that they would tell her that they really needed her in another position and that they would immediately fill the active seeking social worker position with somebody else.they never did. She eventually stopped working there.
In 1984 ,the Reagan Administration emptied the Mental institutions, gave these people a disability check and lots of prescriptions and basically let them fend for themselves.The system failed them for a reason.An agenda. Many at the Mission are mentally and emotionally incapacitated.They are preyed on by drug dealers,mainly Crack dealers who profit off most of their $600-2100 monthly disability checks.Much of the mental illness/dysfunction is drug induced. A vicious cycle. Party on the 1st and the 15th of the month for 4-5 days and then live in poverty for the rest of the month at the Mission .Yes, they literally smoke up $600-2100 in a few days and return to the mission financially,physically,emotionally and spiritually spent.They are enslaved , disenfranchised,disempowered and under duress ,none the wiser as to the actual reason why. They feel worthless.All due to a few that profit greatly from their suffering.They/We have been greatly deceived.How do we really help these poor people?Our people.Our Nation. $1,000 x 200 people(mission)= $ 200,000. Liberal estimate,very liberal. And that is only at the mission. This goes on at every mission.And everywhere across the city.It equates in the excess of tens of millions of dollars in the course of only a few days.See the great motivation.

You know when the new "Prez"{Tom Jones?} arrived they decided the homeless didn't need a mission library, although books are donated by the box-full; some homeless can't get a public library card ,having no I.D. or out of state I.D., and Larry had been faithful in that position for years without ever being paid. Yea, they don't need books! We'll keep 'em retarded so they'll remain at the mission and add to the impressive numbers that justify my $94,000 salary!Larry, just as we did, knew there was corruption, but not to that extent.At first when I emailed him, he thought I was full of B.S. when I mentioned the salaries of some{due to Part I}. to understand the true tragedy of War and Murder
(Doug is a young man that in my opinion has just recently returned from war.Stature,physical and mental, indicates to me he is a trained soldier.I'm familiar with the air of the military.He attended Skyline Urban ministry's "saturday night live" which includes a service and sermon for the poor, distributed by a volunteer group,usually religious.Doug on his first visit there started slapping prepared food containers set up on a table to the ground and had to be restrained peacefully by many.He was intent on finishing his Mission and so as a result had to be arrested and jailed.I saw him at the library today.)
His appearance was ragged, the Saturday we saw him ,compared to what he used to look like the week before.As a direct result of being evicted/barred from theCity Rescue Mission, due to the violence and arrest he suffered prior to Saturday.He had been a healthy individual, carrying himself with dignity and honor,his clothes were clean and he was still in top physical shape.Who I saw on sat. indicated to me (now I know why) that he was on a descent.He was on the last of his hopes when we saw him and that is what triggered the outburst, hope. He heard it,he felt it and he knew it as he sat with us and you,Pastor Tremper, were reading the prayers and giving the sermon. It's not over.Pray that what ever is hindering him(unbelief,self doubt,Satan) from reaching out that it be removed and that he be sent specifically to me.There is more to the story of him that I have observed and know then I have the time or space to write to you. I was sent to him and he was there when I was moved to go to the Mission and eat. I never eat there.His table was the only one with an open seat,that I took.The men sitted there made observations and commented on them and as is my nature I enlightened them all with my comments and Doug did not join in ,but was obviously greatly affected,apparent by the emotions on his face.One thing I did say in general to the group,but intended for him,was that some of us came to the Mission to learn something that could not be learned any other way for the sake of our brothers,but that they somehow had forgotten why and had got caught up in the game and were complacent due to their perceived impotence.A lie of impotence.He became deeply troubled.He in his young life has learned something of the truth of this world and it has caused him great pain.He is reaching out in the only way he knows how,but he does not trust me,yet .It takes time for most people to trust me as I intimidate them,unintentionally.Then I become common to them and they view me through their own biases ,prejudices ,discrimination's and unbelief,though they felt the grace from me to begin with.That's what intimidates them.What they feel .Hope.What they hear,wisdom.But thank God not all people are this way and they are able to shine and have been shining to help light the way.His mission, was to deny to himself and to everybody else there the peace and hope of God our Father by turning gifts into trash.It still didn't work,though many were rightfully troubled and distressed.Maybe they will be able to understand the true tragedy of War and Murder,how it robs of us all of such beautiful people and the love they so desperately want to share and share in.When I said I was 80 percent sure he had been in the service I meant it in the context that I'm also 80 percent sure the sun will rise tomorrow.I've been deceived before,but not very often. Doug is apparently out of jail as I have seen him at the downtown library.He is carrying a clear bag with clothes in it.
I heard from Max that Doug got into some trouble at the City Rescue Mission a little while back and was arrested.He had to be subdued at that time also with the help of 4 men,plus a police officer that promptly arrested him.I believe that he was barred from the Mission as a result of the violence and arrest.He is obviously enraged for his temper to be so out of control over something.Living on the streets will not help much unless it forces him to seek help.He is looking rather shabby, and very troubled,rabid. I really believe that he is suffering from PTSS,whether the trauma is militarily inflicted is of no relevance,though I still believe he is prior service related.Pray that he is steered in the right direction and that we may be able to help him.He used to go to City Church in the morning to eat,but he has not been there since last week since the first of the month.He looks really ragged and unkempt.Most people can't survive outdoors and keep up some sense of dignity as the result of the stigma attached to the word "homeless".I have been 40 days or more in the wilderness that is called Downtown Oklahoma City and am still able to be at peace and keep clean and carry myself well, as you can see. I'm graced by the God of my Love.I'm graced by the Love of my God.

Houston-based KBR, formerly the engineering and construction subsidiary of Halliburton Co., has a contingency contract in place with the Department of Homeland Security to construct detention facilities in the event of a national emergency.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, spokeswoman Jamie Zuieback confirmed yesterday in a telephone interview that the KBR contract for $385 million was awarded initially in January 2006 for a one-year base period with four one-year options. It has been extended into 2007. KBR held a previous emergency detention contract with ICE from 2000 to 2005.
Zuieback told this writer the primary intent of the KBR contract was to build temporary detention facilities that could be used in the event of a mass migration across the border that required ICE to respond on a quick basis to an illegal-immigration crisis.
"The idea of the KBR contract is to support the Army Corp of Engineers," Zuieback explained, "in case we experienced a sudden mass immigration and we had to respond quickly. We would need immediate detention facilities in the form of temporary housing that would enable us to determine if the large numbers of illegal immigrants were political or economically motivated, or if they were criminals or terrorists."
Zuieback confirmed that the KBR contract for detention facilities could apply to national emergencies, including natural disasters.
Several times, Zuieback insisted in the telephone interview that the KBR contract was a "contingency contract," specifying that detention facilities were to be built only when an immigration emergency or a national emergency, including a natural disaster, had been declared.
Heather Browne, spokeswoman for KBR, also sent me an e-mail yesterday confirming KBR built a temporary facility in New Orleans that provided cantonment for up to 500 federal detention officers who were tasked with maintaining law and order during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Last week, WND reported President Bush had signed May 9 a little-reported National Security and Homeland Security Directive (NSPD-51 and NSPD-20) that granted extraordinary powers to the president in the event of a declared national emergency, apparently without congressional approval or oversight.
NSPD-51/HSPD-20, published on the White House website, rescinds Presidential Decision Directive 67 signed by Bill Clinton Oct. 21, 1998, and establishes a new White House office of the National Continuity Coordinator, a position now occupied by Frances Fragos Townsend, the assistant to the president for Homeland Security and Terrorism.
The new directive concentrates an unprecedented amount of emergency authority in the office of the president, specifying that the president now has the authority to direct "National Essential Functions" of all federal state, local, territorial and tribal governments, as well as private sector organizations in the event of a national emergency.
The directive loosely defines "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions."
The KBR contingency contract appears to give ICE the ability to have detention facilities constructed under the president's direction in response to a national emergency as declared under NSPD-51/HSPD-20.
The initial White House press release announcing the presidential directive included no background explanation of the directive or statement by the president. The press release merely posted NSPD-51/HSPD-20 on the White House website.
Sections 23 and 24 of NSPD-51/HSPD-20 specify that Annex A and the classified Continuity Annexes are incorporated into the directive, even though they remain secret and are not available for examination as part of the published document.
Still, Zuieback said she was not familiar with NSPD-51/HSPD-20. At her request, this writer e-mailed to her the White House website link to the directive posting.
The White House declined comment on the initial WND story and has not yet responded to the story or to my previous column on the subject.

WASHINGTON D.C. police will seal off entire neighborhoods, set up checkpoints and kick out strangers under a new program that D.C. officials hope will help them rescue the city from its out-of-control violence.
Under an executive order expected to be announced today, police Chief Cathy L. Lanier will have the authority to designate “Neighborhood Safety Zones.” At least six officers will man cordons around those zones and demand identification from people coming in and out of them. Anyone who doesn’t live there, work there or have “legitimate reason” to be there will be sent away or face arrest, documents obtained by The Examiner show.

Others are. Kristopher Baumann, chairman of the D.C. police union and a former lawyer, called the checkpoint proposal “breathtaking.”
Shelley Broderick, president of the D.C.-area American Civil Liberties Union and the dean of the University of the District of Columbia’s law school, said the plan was “cockamamie.”
“I think they tried this in Russia and it failed,” she said. “It’s just our experience in this city that we always end up targeting poor people and people of color, and we treat the kids coming home from choir practice the same as we treat those kids who are selling drugs.”
The proposal has the provisional support of D.C. Councilman Harry “Tommy” Thomas, D-Ward 5 ,whose ward has become a war zone.
“They’re really going to crack down on what we believe to be a systemic problem with open-air drug markets,” Thomas told The Examiner.
Thomas said, though, that he worried about D.C. “moving towards a police state.”

Houston-based KBR, formerly the engineering and construction subsidiary of Halliburton Co., has a contingency contract in place with the Department of Homeland Security to construct detention facilities in the event of a national emergency.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, spokeswoman Jamie Zuieback confirmed yesterday in a telephone interview that the KBR contract for $385 million was awarded initially in January 2006 for a one-year base period with four one-year options. It has been extended into 2007. KBR held a previous emergency detention contract with ICE from 2000 to 2005.
Zuieback told this writer the primary intent of the KBR contract was to build temporary detention facilities that could be used in the event of a mass migration across the border that required ICE to respond on a quick basis to an illegal-immigration crisis.
"The idea of the KBR contract is to support the Army Corp of Engineers," Zuieback explained, "in case we experienced a sudden mass immigration and we had to respond quickly. We would need immediate detention facilities in the form of temporary housing that would enable us to determine if the large numbers of illegal immigrants were political or economically motivated, or if they were criminals or terrorists."
Zuieback confirmed that the KBR contract for detention facilities could apply to national emergencies, including natural disasters.
Several times, Zuieback insisted in the telephone interview that the KBR contract was a "contingency contract," specifying that detention facilities were to be built only when an immigration emergency or a national emergency, including a natural disaster, had been declared.
Heather Browne, spokeswoman for KBR, also sent me an e-mail yesterday confirming KBR built a temporary facility in New Orleans that provided cantonment for up to 500 federal detention officers who were tasked with maintaining law and order during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Last week, WND reported President Bush had signed May 9 a little-reported National Security and Homeland Security Directive (NSPD-51 and NSPD-20) that granted extraordinary powers to the president in the event of a declared national emergency, apparently without congressional approval or oversight.
NSPD-51/HSPD-20, published on the White House website, rescinds Presidential Decision Directive 67 signed by Bill Clinton Oct. 21, 1998, and establishes a new White House office of the National Continuity Coordinator, a position now occupied by Frances Fragos Townsend, the assistant to the president for Homeland Security and Terrorism.
The new directive concentrates an unprecedented amount of emergency authority in the office of the president, specifying that the president now has the authority to direct "National Essential Functions" of all federal state, local, territorial and tribal governments, as well as private sector organizations in the event of a national emergency.
The directive loosely defines "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions."
The KBR contingency contract appears to give ICE the ability to have detention facilities constructed under the president's direction in response to a national emergency as declared under NSPD-51/HSPD-20.
The initial White House press release announcing the presidential directive included no background explanation of the directive or statement by the president. The press release merely posted NSPD-51/HSPD-20 on the White House website.
Sections 23 and 24 of NSPD-51/HSPD-20 specify that Annex A and the classified Continuity Annexes are incorporated into the directive, even though they remain secret and are not available for examination as part of the published document.
Still, Zuieback said she was not familiar with NSPD-51/HSPD-20. At her request, this writer e-mailed to her the White House website link to the directive posting.
The White House declined comment on the initial WND story and has not yet responded to the story or to my previous column on the subject.

WASHINGTON D.C. police will seal off entire neighborhoods, set up checkpoints and kick out strangers under a new program that D.C. officials hope will help them rescue the city from its out-of-control violence.
Under an executive order expected to be announced today, police Chief Cathy L. Lanier will have the authority to designate “Neighborhood Safety Zones.” At least six officers will man cordons around those zones and demand identification from people coming in and out of them. Anyone who doesn’t live there, work there or have “legitimate reason” to be there will be sent away or face arrest, documents obtained by The Examiner show.

Under Duress:Another Pretextual Stop,an illegal stop,search and seizure by an agent without jurisdiction
Now as a result of having to sell my laptop(to pay for rent) I was not able to finish the article on my incarcerationLegal(illegal)troubles.click here to read. I am still suffering from bronchitis,diverticulitis( and no..it is not just about controlling my diet...and yes, it is aka irritable bowel syndrome though the name IBS belittles the actual pain[it's beyond irritating] I feel,as if someone is scraping the insides of my bowels with a blunt knife), the tremendous pain in my right foot as a result of the surgeries in June 2007. And of course the testicular masses that cause me extreme pain, nausea and diminished energy.And let us not forget the 17 stab wounds I received in 1992 ,that would be an injustice to my person not mention these scars of honor (including the numerous times I have been severely beaten in the the head with hammers,fists,rocks and sticks).
As a result of the suffering I was subjected to, while incarcerated as a result of no medical treatment,I was definitely in fear of losing my life while in jail.I told this to my public defender(Emilie K.). I told her I wanted to fight this case.
I showed her the the fist sized,pus filled staph infection on my back(she eeewwwed!) and explained to her the nature of my arrest.

An inspector general w/ the State of Oklahoma, after an act of road rage on the freeway, on his part, pulled behind me on the side of the road, after I got off the freeway to call 911.
He exited his vehicle w/ weapon drawn after he realised I was trying to call 911 and ran up to my car window and leveled his gun at my head and detained me for over 2 hours at gun point until ,after numerous calls on his cellphone to the OKC police dispatcher, an officer finally showed up. Two hours later!
He did an illegal stop ,search and seizure. And then to top it off, he turned the story around and told the officer that it was in fact "I" that that had committed the act of road rage.The car he was driving was an unmarked impala(personal vehicle?) with no police radio(hence the calls on cell)and no police lights.He told the officer that he initiated the "traffic stop"and that I exited my vehicle with a drawn gun pointed at him.
Can you imagine that , me stopping willingly ,after someone has just tried to ram me with his car several times and tried to force me off the road(even going to the extent of slamming on his brakes when he pulled ahead and in front of my vehicle) ?
I was not even aware he was in the capacity of law enforcement.And then can you imagine both of us ,on the Oklahoma/6th street, each exit our vehicles with guns drawn?
I had a pellet gun under my seat for the purpose of killing a mouse that had entered my car through some boxes in the course of a move. He found this pellet gun, after he had handcuffed me, during one of the times he searched my car.I explained to E.K.(public defender) how my arrest had transpired. And if my assumptions were right about this agent,it was a pretextual stop ,if not warrantless and without probable cause. It was illegal and unconstitutional.In his capacity he hadnot the jurisdiction to initiate a traffic stop.
My case was good and I would prove it in court.
I also explained to her the non medical treatment,malcontent and malfeasance on the part of the Jail and it's staff.And/or the inability or apathy on the part of the jail staff to address these issues ,including denial of access to the law library to defend my self.
I asked her if she would be able to guarantee me medical treatment at the jail,if I stayed in.
I asked her how long the case would be moved up the docket if I fought it from jail,considering they had also not released me.
She responded that if I took it to trial, they would claim that the stop was good and that in her opinion it was , that she had no say so in what treatment or not that I received while in the jail and that she knew that my case would be set for prelim somewhere in April of 2008 if I decided to fight it.
She also mentioned at this time that the DA was in a foul mood and that all they were going to offer me was no less than 5 years due to my record.I told her that due to the Jails inability/unwillingness to provide medical treatment , I was afraid that I would be dead within a week or two.That's how bad off I was physically.
She then said ,"it would be to your best interest to sign for the 5 years suspended sentence if you want to live and get out of jail" .
I flatly told her that it would be under duress if I signed.
She said," You do want to live and get out of jail, don't you?"
I told her I would accept the offer, but that "I am under duress!"
During the signing of the paper work,while she read off a list to me , stating that I was willingly and knowingly,in clear mind and by not any force or threat ,consenting to the agreement issued by the DA, I again stated that I was under duress.
I could barely breathe.
After another 4 hours of suffering in the freezing cold holding cell ,I was finally presented before the Judge.
Now that I look back, they must have been all aware of the situation and circumstances of my case, because when in front of the Judge during judgement and sentencing, he (the Judge) sent E.K. on an errand and had some other guy step in for her.Of course ,he asked me if minded.
What was I supposed to say,"Yes, I mind!" And get the procedure postponed and get sent back to the jail, to be lost for another 4 weeks!
After being released from jail 3 days later I was intent to pursue the recourse's to justify my innocence and remove this unjust/injust burden.
That is not what happened.
She refused to return my calls,make an appointment to see me ,or speak to the DA concerning the property (my digital camera/laptop backpack)that the OKC police were holding and refusing to release,citing probable evidence that the DA might want to pursue charges on, even though the case had been disposed of w/ prejudice.
I wrote her a letter explaining the "evidence" and hand delivered it to her office.I did not make her aware that a copy of this letter that she received was also given to the DA minutes after I had dropped hers off.The DA would not speak to me ,of course ,without my attorney of record present.Things came to a stand still.

My dad had met her at a strip joint further west on Montana frequented by the Bandidos Club. I even remember a name Lupe had provided me of a protector,"Shakey". She had a small daughter named Melissa Blair. She was a little hyper but as beautiful as her mother. My dad did not take to this child.He resented her.He would over the years make Lupe leave her with her parents , causing more pain for Lupe and Melissa. Before the violence started.
The year must have been 1975-1976.My sister Patricia was born in 1980.

You fucked her Ted Leon Jr. and then you fucked her without shame.She left walking down the street with her bags in her hands because of your crudeness.Always thought you were so much better and you had no conflict manifesting it.Should I tell how you took(1970-1973?) all three of us kids and Maria to the drive-in on North Loop drive and what was playing?Yes. After only a little while living with us, you took Lupe and us to Houston for vacation.It wound up being an extended stay at the Howard Johnson motel.You were running.From who?What? We went back to El Paso a few weeks later and in the middle of the night, under cover of darkness we packed only the essentials into a U-haul truck. It was fast. Of course you owned the house, so I don't know what happened to the rest of the stuff...Oh, yes I do, somebody packed it and put it in the garage. It stayed there for years.My cousin had moved in for awhile.Then you rented it out to Lupe's parents. But the stuff was still there for years to come. I'd go in there and look at the books, the clothes we hadn't taken ,toys....etc.
We moved into an apartment on Perez road in Pasadena,Texas.Culture shock for all of us. I was enrolled at Queens Intermediate school. I felt poor. I spent 7th and part of 8th grade in these apartments while I went to Queens.Then we moved.But not until I started sniffing glue. And I remember why.The school nurse had done an eye examination in the 7th grade and had sent home a note to you stating that I was severely in need of glasses.Ted Leon Jr. stated in return that no son of his would need glasses. I told him that I really could not see the board or the opaque projections,especially. His answer was for me to go sit at the front of the class. I explained to him even at that distance I could not see the writing on the board. He loved to humiliate me in his subtle ways. I did what he said. I ,literally had to go directly up to the opaque projector and look into the light to see what I was supposed to be doing .It did not work. The bright light from the projector was too intense. So those assignments the teacher put on the opaque projector ,I eventually started skipping. The teacher tried to help by personally sending Ted Leon Jr. a note stating that she would try to accommodate me by placing some of the assignments on the board, but that most of her work was already prepared on opaque sheets.And she also was of the opinion that I really needed glasses. He blamed me for being lazy and wanting unneeded attention. He did not get me glasses. I still tried, humiliating myself by trying to copy off the opaque projector and sitting as close to the board as possible. Didn't help much.And then a little time later, in front of the whole class, the teacher that sent the note asked me if I had given my dad the note she had sent home with me. I told her yes."Then why don't you have glasses yet?" I never wanted to embarrass my dad.We were not poor.There was no explanation to give. I don't know.She sent another note home. I gave it to him.He acted like it was some type of conspiracy on my part to bring in my teacher and make him a fool.He had a problem with women in authority.Probably as a result of his mother. I just started sitting in the back of the class, trying to go unnoticed. The wonderful teacher had done all she could for me,I bless her to this day.Lupe is the one that eventually got me glasses,but that was three years in the future and they would never last as a result of her always punching me in the face with her fists, another part of her manipulation,declaring to Ted Leon Jr. that I could not take care of anything.A friend turned me on to "Texas Shoeshine" and I huffed it and everything was okay.It was so okay that when my dad,Lupe and my blessed Grandfather came to pick(unusual) me up at school , I got into the car with the can filled with spray and continued huffing unaware that they were" all" aware.Nobody said anything at first.Then Lupe asked me if she could have a drink of my soda. I told her there was not anymore. So she had me throw it out the window!My grandfather was sitting right next to me!They were all waiting to get me alone.My grandfather was kind and gracious in his words and actions.As soon as we got to his apartment he asked me to help him carry some things in for him and he told me,"Son, that stuff you were doing in the car is really bad for you,please don't do it anymore."On the other hand, my dad was very offended in me disrespecting my grandfather. I tried to tell him it was the first time and I had not been aware of my actions. I think that was about one of the only times he hit me.Hard. I hadn't intended to do it again, but his violence and unwillingness to provide the basics(glasses,paper,supplies for school..etc.) caused me to retreat into the bliss of inhalants.For awhile.
We wound up at some apartments located at around the 500 block of South Richey in Pasadena,Texas.They are now called the Bryton Hill apartments. I would usually walk to and from school.Sniffing glue.Extreme hallucinations.We had bayous in Houston and there was one that I could walk along to go to school. I was dying after 1 1/2 years of sniffing. I asked God to take it away from me. I couldn't breathe anymore.My body ached.He took it away. Of course I tried sniffing again.But like I said,"God took it from me." I could not get high. It was like air.Nothing.I no longer had a desire.
Lupe had become pregnant while we still lived at the apartment on Perez road.I remember vividly the red shirt she wore with a yellow sign declaring,"baby under construction". I think there was an argument between her and my dad that my dad said the baby could not be his.
This is about the time a worker who had been accused to Lupe of getting her pregnant wound up in our apartment with his face beaten and his shirt all torn.He was a mess! I think he was an accountant( I want to say his name was Rory or something).Or an estimator/bidder.Lupe asked him,"What the hell happened to you?"He said that he had been under the hood checking something and his Tie got wrapped in the fan.A half truth? He was made to show his face to Lupe for a reason. That's why she had asked where it had happened( he lived 15- 20 miles away) and he said at his apartment, so she then asked him in front of my dad,"Why didn't you change at home before you came over here?"He answered something to the effect," I didn't have time." I never saw this man again after this episode.He all of a sudden went back to El Paso.
The Beating and the Pasadena Police.
My sister was defiant as a result of being daddy's little girl and she took it to heart.Lupe until this time had been very tolerant of us little heathens. She tried to instill culture and dignity in us.Instead of the plaid polyester pants that I wore from since in the care of Maria the maid(as a result of the beatings she received at my dad's hands, she also paid the kids back by stealing the good expensive clothes we received from my relatives and sending them down to Durango ,Mexico where her family lived and substituting thrift store crap for us,ridiculous shit..I looked like a clown)she asked me if I would like some Levi's or Wrangler's. I asked her what was that? Jeans.What are jeans?You really don't know what jeans are?"Oh,my god."She had compassion.
She was only 18 years old when she would get up in the morning to fix us breakfast. It was strange to us. The food. Bacon.Waffles.Not the food we were accustomed to eating..eggs,beans and tortillas.Which in itself is still the diet of my people.It was good , but the new foods got a little getting used to.I ate it. My brother ate it.Christy turned her nose at it, being daddy's little girl,daddy's little malicious girl.Lupe had been patient.But now she was pregnant and tired.She just needed Ted Leon Jr. to explain to her the situation and let her know that she was now our stepmother and needed her respect and cooperation.We would have a sister soon.We were a family.Christy became more defiant.
Finally, after some incident with christy and charlie's defiance, she asked my dad to somehow discipline them.Wrong word to use with my dad.He flew into a rage.Lupe felt confident enough to pursue recourse, which was try to explain to him her thoughts and frustrations.She was asking for help from him, she was only going on twenty. And they were his kids.
He responded with,"No woman is going to tell me how to raise my kids!"There was yelling and arguing on both their parts.We kids went to our respective rooms to get out of the high voltage energy.I felt sick.( My real mom and dad used to do this every time she tried to come back and work things out. Usually in the car.My mom was strong willed.)The screaming was very traumatic to me.
Then a little time later all I heard was," please just get off of me ...the baby...I'm sorry..just let me go.." and then she started screaming for somebody to help her..."Somebody help me..I just want to leave.." extreme sobbing and wailing.I have never been able to bear a woman in pain and I exited my room to see her sprawled on the sofa holding her stomach.And she had blood all over her.And behind her, the wall was covered with blood as if somebody had thrown a 5 gallon bucket of paint on it.I felt so bad for her.Nauseated. I almost threw up.
One of the neighbors must have heard her cries for help(how couldn't they?Apartments!) and had called the Pasadena Police department.They were knocking on the door. My dad opened the door and let them in. They saw what I saw.Lupe immediately was relieved."Thank God you're here,now I can leave.I just want to leave."Hold on a minute Ma'am, let us do our job and find out what is going on .My dad walked outside with them and he closed the door.They came back in within 10-15 minutes.Time.They had sneers on their faces.Contempt.Arrogance.
"Now I can leave..." You're not going anywhere . She tried to walk to the door and leave and the police grabbed her and pushed her back on the sofa,we said you're not going anywhere!
"What.I can't leave? He just beat me and all I want to do is leave.Please..."
We don't see any evidence that you 've been assaulted and if you attempt to leave we are going to have to place you under arrest and take you for a ride.(or something to that affect)And we are going to be in the neighborhood driving around and if we see you attempting to leave we will keep our promise(or something to that affect).
I could not believe what they were saying .Horrific.I saw the fear in Lupe's eyes. I thought I saw the transformation take place, she went into shock and just stared basically blankly into space.The pigs left.
She cleaned up the blood herself. I could see that fear turn to hate and then madness. I felt so sick and powerless. I no longer sniffed glue. My body was strong. I knew I could never let it happen again. I could feel the evil.I saw the evil.
It was only a short time later that he was manifesting his evil again in that he was going to beat her , again. I immediately left my room and got between him and her and flatly told him,"I will not allow you to do this again to her or yourself." Or you'll do what? " I will not let you do this again to yourself or her, I love you both." He thought about it for just one second and him being a grown man submitted to my statement with reluctance. He already knew then, that I spoke with power and authority, even then at the age of 13, hence the reason he made no attempt then or ever again, to shed her blood. But he did make the statement to her,"See what you've done! You turned my son against me!"
So that is why she devised a plan of revenge. I had stepped in too late.
And so the suffering began.And in her eyes I was the one ,the only one, who stepped in and stopped his abuse. But , she asked me later, why had I 'd not done something earlier, when he was hitting her? I told her I didn't know he was hitting her. And so the suffering began for all of us.
I remember everything. It started almost immediately. Well, after Patricia was born, anyway.
Do you know why I never brought my books home to do my homework? Because she made me well aware that I was never to bring any books home from school. I lived many nights outside. In winter, too stay warm , I stayed in the drainage pipes leading into the bayous.In summer I was tortured by the prevalent swarms of mosquitos that are infamous in Houston.Out of the blue, she would hit me with a fist to my face. At first, it was a shock.Then about the 3 rd time instinct took over. I 'd grab her pretty little throat and start literally squeezing the life out of her.I'd black out and only come to my senses when I started seeing her eyes bulging from her face. It horrified me! And I would immediately let her go. And then she had the marks on her throat. I suppose this happened 2-3 times. She learned real quick(and so did I) that her death was too easy. My dad saw and knew about the choking, I guess he thought she deserved this.I don't know. She was mine now.She seduced me . It was hard for her to cause violence to me as often as she had intended.But she still caused injury to me. I stopped choking her. She , infrequently, would throw brass ashtrays that would connect with my head.Or what ever she could find to throw. She should have pitched for the ASTRO's!
Christy and Charlie were another story.
She started by piling their plates high with food.excessive amounts.And they could not leave the table until they were finished.My poor loves. But then Christy's defiance would kick in.She'd stare at Lupe in challenge.Christy was going to be broken by this woman one way or another.
After dinner, Lupe would somehow or another get my dad to retire to his room.That's when she brought out the jalapenos and vinegar. At first it was only 1-3 jalapenos and a glass of vinegar.But Christy with her defiant look challenged her and a challenge she got. Now it went to a whole jar of pickled jalapenos,vinegar and castor oil. A glass of it. I was made to watch that they finished it. I was in turmoil. I 'd cry myself to sleep asking God to help us.This torture subsided for awhile.
Lupe had started cutting my hair in the bathroom, to keep it nice. But she wore her nighty with no bra and the sexiest g-strings I 'd ever seen.She would take her time standing in front of me and literally putting those breasts in my face.Nothing happened,except that I got too hard.She was twenty and very beautiful. I asked God for help. I was really innocent but not ashamed of my sexuality. My dad refused to marry her even after Patricia was born.

One day I went to her room to say goodbye on the way to school. I knew what I was going to do when I woke up. And it wasn't even sexual in nature. I was going to kiss her, my desire for her was so strong I knew I would do it. I had loved her since the first time I laid eyes on her. And here she was in such pain.The man who had brought her to Houston had more or less abandoned her. He'd call her a fat pig after she had Patty. I knocked at her door and she answered for me to come in. What is it that I wanted, she asked? I told her I just wanted to say goodbye.And I walked over to the side of the bed and kissed her tenderly on the lips.She was 21 and I was 14.She responded in turn and we said goodbye to each other. The look in her eyes was of peace. Not revolt or lust.Nor shame. The look was one of recognition. My soul.It was too late.
She was damaged.I 'd spend many years subduing ,as best as I could, her desire to murder us all. I became her true husband.My dad had relinquished her. He had refused to marry her. We did not consummate our love for awhile. I was ,first, her friend . She became a little more peaceful. It would come and go. Revenge is a strong motivator.

Ask Carlos, tell him to tell you how I would hit that belt on the ground as hard as I could and instruct him to yell as loud as he could as if I had hit him( because Lupe wanted to hear these noises).He did it. He did not get hit, anymore.And we laughed.
Sins of the step mother. Ask Christy how I would instruct her time and time again to do the same. She would not scream.She would stare at me with defiance. She would go immediately into the house and tell Lupe the game I had attempted. I would be trumped with an assault charge by Lupe and go to jail. I would be kicked out of the house by some lie of hers that she told Ted Leon Jr., and he would willingly consent to it. All because I didn't want to hit Christy and Christy would not go along because of her perverse attraction to Lupe.
Lupe force fed her and Carlos excessive amounts of food that she piled high on their plates. Ted Leon didn't notice?Lupe induced the anorexia on her.She was wickedly smart.Should I go on?Because this is not how it begun. I shall go back and fill in the blanks for you perverts that get a kick out of suffering . I shall tell of the sins of the father he would pass on to a young 14 year old kid that was manipulated by a woman he turned evil due to his violence. He is the one crying out for help now.

And you being a grown man submitted to my statement with reluctance. You already knew then, that I spoke with power and authority, even then,hence the reason you made no attempt then or ever again to shed her blood."But you did make the statement to her,"See what you've done! You turned my son against me!" No I am not against you, never have been. If it hadn't been for me ,we would have all suffered an extremely painful death. You were baffled.She told you so many lies and you believed them all.She manipulated you then and still does to this day.

Where to begin? Do I explain how you forced my mother out of our lives at an early age. Do I start with what I saw you do to that man when you thought I had been asleep in the truck.How old was I? 3-4? How those men held him with his pants down and the crime you committed to his person?Violence and revenge.Why is my mother ,to this day, so afraid of you?
Jesse Martinez ,my cousin that spent some time for trafficking in El Reno as a guest of the Federal Bureau of Prisons,told me the truth of your associations and how the family money payed for the little time he spent there. And also,why I was kept out of the true family business,because of my true nature of innocence and naivety. I'm no longer 13 years old or naive.
Do I start with the violence you committed against Maria; our maid and your sexual release. How young she was and devoted to you. How old was she when she came to us? 16 -17, at the most. And you would defile her with your arrogance and violence. Remember her trying to literally jump out of the car on the freeway at 60 miles an hour, just to get away from you.How I, Christy and Charlie were in the back seat of that new Monte Carlo, screaming!For you to stop!And all you would do was with one hand in her beautiful hair yanking and with the other fist pounding viciously at her face, pulverizing it. You were brutal. And you thought yourself justified.It was your right,wasn't it? I'm surprised you didn't manage to kill us all in a wreck with that car weaving all over the freeway! I remember everything.
So, lets start.
The first thing that comes to mind is going to the park at night . Me, Christy,Charlie and you(Ted Leon Jr.).I think it was on Montana street or Yandell Street, near downtown close to the old YMCA. A beautiful young woman was introduced to us by you. It was supposed to be by chance that we met her ,of course ,you played games with your young kids from the beginning.It was no chance.My first impression of this woman was that she was extremely pretty and magickal. I could feel the electricity in the air, the night was crisp and the stars were shining. I noticed it for the reason that it was extraordinary, and she was very gracious.Her name was Guadalupe and I had not met anyone like her before. I was very young ,but knew even then that she was a creature of beauty. I somehow knew she was to teach me.She was very young herself, 18 years old.She was 7 years older than I. Yes, I loved her from the moment I saw her.
My dad had met her at a strip joint further west on Montana frequented by the Bandidos Club. I even remember a name Lupe had provided me of a protector,"Shakey". She had a small daughter named Melissa Blair. She was a little hyper but as beautiful as her mother. My dad did not take to this child.He resented her.He would over the years make Lupe leave her with her parents , causing more pain for Lupe and Melissa. Before the violence started.
The year must have been 1975-1976.My sister Patricia was born in 1980.
My dad managed over the course of months to woo Lupe into eventually moving in with us.No ,she did not immediately move in. She was careful. I was happy she did,it allowed an escape for Maria to leave. She did not want to leave.Despite the abuse and violence she suffered as a result of Ted Leon Jr.'s arrogance and belittling disposition,she loved him and had intended to marry him and have children. He would not have some whore from peasant ancestry birthing his offspring.I think those were his words. You fucked her Ted Leon Jr. and then you fucked her without shame.She left walking down the street with her bags in her hands because of your crudeness.Always thought you were so much better and you had no conflict manifesting it.Should I tell how you took(1970-1973?) all three of us kids and Maria to the drive-in on North Loop drive and what was playing?Yes. The movies were pornographic satanic ritualistic witchery.They were very intense.I knew then that they were real.Of course , you wanted us kids to go to sleep in the back seat, but I could see.I could see what your sexual appetite would profane and why.Research of this time should reveal the titles. I was young but intrigued. I also knew evil when I saw it. She was reluctant to have sex with you in the car with such small children inches away.Yes, your sanctity. It caused her to give in and I can still smell your filth. You were so arrogant. You profaned her.And us.You'd done it before,your comfort was so apparent. I've always been what you've known, hence the reason of you attempting to pervert my person to this day. I trusted you. Time for your healing to begin.
After only a little while living with us, you took Lupe and us to Houston for vacation.It wound up being an extended stay at the Howard Johnson motel.You were running.From who?What? We went back to El Paso a few weeks later and in the middle of the night, under cover of darkness we packed only the essentials into a U-haul truck. It was fast. Of course you owned the house, so I don't know what happened to the rest of the stuff...Oh, yes I do, somebody packed it and put it in the garage. It stayed there for years.My cousin had moved in for awhile.Then you rented it out to Lupe's parents. But the stuff was still there for years to come. I'd go in there and look at the books, the clothes we hadn't taken ,toys....etc.
We moved into an apartment on Perez road in Pasadena,Texas.Culture shock for all of us. I was enrolled at Queens Intermediate school. I felt poor. I spent 7th and part of 8th grade in these apartments while I went to Queens.Then we moved.But not until I started sniffing glue. And I remember why.The school nurse had done an eye examination in the 7th grade and had sent home a note to you stating that I was severely in need of glasses.Ted Leon Jr. stated in return that no son of his would need glasses. I told him that I really could not see the board or the opaque projections,especially. His answer was for me to go sit at the front of the class. I explained to him even at that distance I could not see the writing on the board. He loved to humiliate me in his subtle ways. I did what he said. I ,literally had to go directly up to the opaque projector and look into the light to see what I was supposed to be doing .It did not work. The bright light from the projector was too intense. So those assignments the teacher put on the opaque projector ,I eventually started skipping. The teacher tried to help by personally sending Ted Leon Jr. a note stating that she would try to accommodate me by placing some of the assignments on the board, but that most of her work was already prepared on opaque sheets.And she also was of the opinion that I really needed glasses. He blamed me for being lazy and wanting unneeded attention. He did not get me glasses. I still tried, humiliating myself by trying to copy off the opaque projector and sitting as close to the board as possible. Didn't help much.And then a little time later, in front of the whole class, the teacher that sent the note asked me if I had given my dad the note she had sent home with me. I told her yes."Then why don't you have glasses yet?" I never wanted to embarrass my dad.We were not poor.There was no explanation to give. I don't know.She sent another note home. I gave it to him.He acted like it was some type of conspiracy on my part to bring in my teacher and make him a fool.He had a problem with women in authority.Probably as a result of his mother. I just started sitting in the back of the class, trying to go unnoticed. The wonderful teacher had done all she could for me,I bless her to this day.Lupe is the one that eventually got me glasses,but that was three years in the future and they would never last as a result of her always punching me in the face with her fists, another part of her manipulation,declaring to Ted Leon Jr. that I could not take care of anything.A friend turned me on to "Texas Shoeshine" and I huffed it and everything was okay.It was so okay that when my dad,Lupe and my blessed Grandfather came to pick(unusual) me up at school , I got into the car with the can filled with spray and continued huffing unaware that they were" all" aware.Nobody said anything at first.Then Lupe asked me if she could have a drink of my soda. I told her there was not anymore. So she had me throw it out the window!My grandfather was sitting right next to me!They were all waiting to get me alone.My grandfather was kind and gracious in his words and actions.As soon as we got to his apartment he asked me to help him carry some things in for him and he told me,"Son, that stuff you were doing in the car is really bad for you,please don't do it anymore."On the other hand, my dad was very offended in me disrespecting my grandfather. I tried to tell him it was the first time and I had not been aware of my actions. I think that was about one of the only times he hit me.Hard. I hadn't intended to do it again, but his violence and unwillingness to provide the basics(glasses,paper,supplies for school..etc.) caused me to retreat into the bliss of inhalants.For awhile.
We wound up at some apartments located at around the 500 block of South Richey in Pasadena,Texas.They are now called the Bryton Hill apartments. I would usually walk to and from school.Sniffing glue.Extreme hallucinations.We had bayous in Houston and there was one that I could walk along to go to school. I was dying after 1 1/2 years of sniffing. I asked God to take it away from me. I couldn't breathe anymore.My body ached.He took it away. Of course I tried sniffing again.But like I said,"God took it from me." I could not get high. It was like air.Nothing.I no longer had a desire.
Lupe had become pregnant while we still lived at the apartment on Perez road.I remember vividly the red shirt she wore with a yellow sign declaring,"baby under construction". I think there was an argument between her and my dad that my dad said the baby could not be his.
This is about the time a worker who had been accused to Lupe of getting her pregnant wound up in our apartment with his face beaten and his shirt all torn.He was a mess! I think he was an accountant( I want to say his name was Rory or something).Or an estimator/bidder.Lupe asked him,"What the hell happened to you?"He said that he had been under the hood checking something and his Tie got wrapped in the fan.A half truth? He was made to show his face to Lupe for a reason. That's why she had asked where it had happened( he lived 15- 20 miles away) and he said at his apartment, so she then asked him in front of my dad,"Why didn't you change at home before you came over here?"He answered something to the effect," I didn't have time." I never saw this man again after this episode.He all of a sudden went back to El Paso.
The Beating and the Pasadena Police.
My sister was defiant as a result of being daddy's little girl and she took it to heart.Lupe until this time had been very tolerant of us little heathens. She tried to instill culture and dignity in us.Instead of the plaid polyester pants that I wore from since in the care of Maria the maid(as a result of the beatings she received at my dad's hands, she also paid the kids back by stealing the good expensive clothes we received from my relatives and sending them down to Durango ,Mexico where her family lived and substituting thrift store crap for us,ridiculous shit..I looked like a clown)she asked me if I would like some Levi's or Wrangler's. I asked her what was that? Jeans.What are jeans?You really don't know what jeans are?"Oh,my god."She had compassion.
She was only 18 years old when she would get up in the morning to fix us breakfast. It was strange to us. The food. Bacon.Waffles.Not the food we were accustomed to eating..eggs,beans and tortillas.Which in itself is still the diet of my people.It was good , but the new foods got a little getting used to.I ate it. My brother ate it.Christy turned her nose at it, being daddy's little girl,daddy's little malicious girl.Lupe had been patient.But now she was pregnant and tired.She just needed Ted Leon Jr. to explain to her the situation and let her know that she was now our stepmother and needed her respect and cooperation.We would have a sister soon.We were a family.Christy became more defiant.
Finally, after some incident with christy and charlie's defiance, she asked my dad to somehow discipline them.Wrong word to use with my dad.He flew into a rage.Lupe felt confident enough to pursue recourse, which was try to explain to him her thoughts and frustrations.She was asking for help from him, she was only going on twenty. And they were his kids.
He responded with,"No woman is going to tell me how to raise my kids!"There was yelling and arguing on both their parts.We kids went to our respective rooms to get out of the high voltage energy.I felt sick.( My real mom and dad used to do this every time she tried to come back and work things out. Usually in the car.My mom was strong willed.)The screaming was very traumatic to me.
Then a little time later all I heard was," please just get off of me ...the baby...I'm sorry..just let me go.." and then she started screaming for somebody to help her..."Somebody help me..I just want to leave.." extreme sobbing and wailing.I have never been able to bear a woman in pain and I exited my room to see her sprawled on the sofa holding her stomach.And she had blood all over her.And behind her, the wall was covered with blood as if somebody had thrown a 5 gallon bucket of paint on it.I felt so bad for her.Nauseated. I almost threw up.
One of the neighbors must have heard her cries for help(how couldn't they?Apartments!) and had called the Pasadena Police department.They were knocking on the door. My dad opened the door and let them in. They saw what I saw.Lupe immediately was relieved."Thank God you're here,now I can leave.I just want to leave."Hold on a minute Ma'am, let us do our job and find out what is going on .My dad walked outside with them and he closed the door.They came back in within 10-15 minutes.Time.They had sneers on their faces.Contempt.Arrogance.
"Now I can leave..." You're not going anywhere . She tried to walk to the door and leave and the police grabbed her and pushed her back on the sofa,we said you're not going anywhere!
"What.I can't leave? He just beat me and all I want to do is leave.Please..."
We don't see any evidence that you 've been assaulted and if you attempt to leave we are going to have to place you under arrest and take you for a ride.(or something to that affect)And we are going to be in the neighborhood driving around and if we see you attempting to leave we will keep our promise(or something to that affect).
I could not believe what they were saying .Horrific.I saw the fear in Lupe's eyes. I thought I saw the transformation take place, she went into shock and just stared basically blankly into space.The pigs left.
She cleaned up the blood herself. I could see that fear turn to hate and then madness. I felt so sick and powerless. I no longer sniffed glue. My body was strong. I knew I could never let it happen again. I could feel the evil.I saw the evil.
It was only a short time later that he was manifesting his evil again in that he was going to beat her , again. I immediately left my room and got between him and her and flatly told him,"I will not allow you to do this again to her or yourself." Or you'll do what? " I will not let you do this again to yourself or her, I love you both." He thought about it for just one second and him being a grown man submitted to my statement with reluctance. He already knew then, that I spoke with power and authority, even then at the age of 13, hence the reason he made no attempt then or ever again, to shed her blood. But he did make the statement to her,"See what you've done! You turned my son against me!"
So that is why she devised a plan of revenge. I had stepped in too late.
And so the suffering began.And in her eyes I was the one ,the only one, who stepped in and stopped his abuse. But , she asked me later, why had I 'd not done something earlier, when he was hitting her? I told her I didn't know he was hitting her. And so the suffering began for all of us.
I remember everything. It started almost immediately. Well, after Patricia was born, anyway.
Do you know why I never brought my books home to do my homework? Because she made me well aware that I was never to bring any books home from school. I lived many nights outside. In winter, too stay warm , I stayed in the drainage pipes leading into the bayous.In summer I was tortured by the prevalent swarms of mosquitos that are infamous in Houston.Out of the blue, she would hit me with a fist to my face. At first, it was a shock.Then about the 3 rd time instinct took over. I 'd grab her pretty little throat and start literally squeezing the life out of her.I'd black out and only come to my senses when I started seeing her eyes bulging from her face. It horrified me! And I would immediately let her go. And then she had the marks on her throat. I suppose this happened 2-3 times. She learned real quick(and so did I) that her death was too easy. My dad saw and knew about the choking, I guess he thought she deserved this.I don't know. She was mine now.She seduced me . It was hard for her to cause violence to me as often as she had intended.But she still caused injury to me. I stopped choking her. She , infrequently, would throw brass ashtrays that would connect with my head.Or what ever she could find to throw. She should have pitched for the ASTRO's!
Christy and Charlie were another story.
She started by piling their plates high with food.excessive amounts.And they could not leave the table until they were finished.My poor loves. But then Christy's defiance would kick in.She'd stare at Lupe in challenge.Christy was going to be broken by this woman one way or another.
After dinner, Lupe would somehow or another get my dad to retire to his room.That's when she brought out the jalapenos and vinegar. At first it was only 1-3 jalapenos and a glass of vinegar.But Christy with her defiant look challenged her and a challenge she got. Now it went to a whole jar of pickled jalapenos,vinegar and castor oil. A glass of it. I was made to watch that they finished it. I was in turmoil. I 'd cry myself to sleep asking God to help us.This torture subsided for awhile.
Lupe had started cutting my hair in the bathroom, to keep it nice. But she wore her nighty with no bra and the sexiest g-strings I 'd ever seen.She would take her time standing in front of me and literally putting those breasts in my face.Nothing happened,except that I got too hard.She was twenty and very beautiful. I asked God for help. I was really innocent but not ashamed of my sexuality. My dad refused to marry her even after Patricia was born.

The effect can also occur in patients who see medical workers as their protector and then develop feelings for them.Well you see what I'm saying.I stopped her abuser.I was her protector.Well she became suicidal. That would have been okay except that she wanted to take Patty with her stating she could not leave her in this forsaken world. I really talked her out of it. I loved my sister.And I prayed to God some more and cried.
One day I went to her room to say goodbye on the way to school. I knew what I was going to do when I woke up. And it wasn't even sexual in nature. I was going to kiss her, my desire for her was so strong I knew I would do it. I had loved her since the first time I laid eyes on her. And here she was in such pain.The man who had brought her to Houston had more or less abandoned her. He'd call her a fat pig after she had Patty. I knocked at her door and she answered for me to come in. What is it that I wanted, she asked? I told her I just wanted to say goodbye.And I walked over to the side of the bed and kissed her tenderly on the lips.She was 21 and I was 14.She responded in turn and we said goodbye to each other. The look in her eyes was of peace. Not revolt or lust.Nor shame. The look was one of recognition. My soul.It was too late.
She was damaged.I 'd spend many years subduing ,as best as I could, her desire to murder us all. I became her true husband.My dad had relinquished her. He had refused to marry her. We did not consummate our love for awhile. I was ,first, her friend . She became a little more peaceful. It would come and go. Revenge is a strong motivator.

The administration of the Roman catholic church has always known the truth.They are learnt pharisees and scribes. Their agenda dictated that these truths be hidden through knowingly mistranslating the Greek to suit their agenda and at the least of the their actions, was keeping mum when other ignorants, through bias and prejudice,also distorted words and meanings to suit their biases ,prejudices and agendas.Time and time again.In the name of Jesus Christ.
What an injustice to His name and to the world and humanity.
As a result of the hypocrisy,apathy and malfeasance, an injustice was paid with an injustice.I know that my Christ never in the words and teachings attributed to him condemned what we now know as homosexuality.
Two consenting adults of the same sex sharing a loving and respectful relation with each other.As a result of the lie, many of these people are burdened and impressed with their "sinfulness".They are shunned by most communities and churches.
Their families.Themselves.They are inflicted with violence in the name of Jesus.They inflict violence on themselves.They hate themselves.They want to die. They are not afforded the peace that Christ has granted for all creation.They are told they are pigs , so alot of them live piggish lives. The dysfunction of their lives is a dysfunction of the world.
To remedy this sex abuse scandal is to start at the begining. Tell the truth. Be Christians and not Paulitians.Understand the gift of sexuality.Understand the gift of Love.Separate them.
